Aloe Vera, Cucumber and Water Melon Slushy Reciple

A sugar-free, naturally hydrating, and cooling beverage for summer!

The recipe today is perfect for the coming summer months. It will cool you down on days beyond nineties! Skip over 100 plus, Lucozade or Gatorade! Because this frosty watermelon drink will help you cool your body down. In the process, refill the lost nutrients from sweating, and will make your skin glow! It is really perfect after a sweaty run as it is full of ultra-hydrating ingredients and electrolytes. Before you know it, you have cooled down!

Benefits of Watermelon:

Pure Aloe Vera Gel

  • Contains powerful anti-bacterial and antioxidant compounds

  • 2 and 1/2 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 medium organic cucumber, peeled, and chopped (you can reuse the skin as it supplies plenty of nutrients)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups no sugar added coconut water or you can use filtered water
  • 1/4 cup aloe vera gel, scraped from the inside of an aloe vera leaf, or substitute aloe vera juice
  • juice of one lime, optional


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.




Note: Aloe vera gel and juice is best taken in smaller amounts. If you’re pregnant, do not consume it. The slushy is extremely healthy and hydrating without aloe vera too, and you are able to leave it out altogether.
