Cranberry Apple Quencher with Aloe Vera
The aloe vera juice recipe this time is one that is very high in anti-oxidant, beta carotene, Vitamin A and many essential nutrients that are excellent for your life. Cranberries are rich antioxidants and quinine which is helpful to those with arthritis. Next, we have apples which as we know, is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, vitamin K and Folate. We also have carrots – full of beta-Carotene and many important vitamins. Lastly, pears do promote cardiovascular and colon health while copper amount in pears can aid in the production of white blood cells.
– 1 glass of Cranberry juice (can be off-the-shelf pure juice or fresh fruits)
– 2 Green Apples
– 2 Carrots
– 2 Pears
– Aloe Vera Gel (1 table spoon) Juice all the ingredients and drink it within half an hour for freshness.
