The Goodness of Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is versatile to numerous varieties of climates. From tropical to sub-tropical regions of the world. It maintains significant positions in the remedial elements of multiple civilizations. But you will find that aloe vera survives able in most challenging arid setting likewise. That is precisely why it is also referred to as the ‘Lily of the Desert’. This “lily” is no slouch. The following are 2 simple aloe vera juices you can prepare quickly.

1. Aloe Vera Honey Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup aloe vera gel
  • 1 cup honey

Directions

  1. Put the aloe vera gel in a blender.
  2. Pour in the cup of honey.
  3. Blend it slow for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. Mix well and pour it into a glass jar.
  5. Store it in a cool and dry place.
  6. Have a spoon of this mixture about two hours before your main meals.

2. Aloe Vera And Orange

Ingredients

  • 1 large aloe leaf
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Place two tablespoons of aloe vera gel into a blender.
  2. Add one cup of orange juice to the blender.
  3. Blend the juice on a low setting for 3 minutes.
  4. Check that the aloe gel dissolves fully,
  5. Enjoy the juice! You can store it in the fridge and drink it the next morning.
