Kiwi and Avocado may not be most people’s favorite fruits. It could be due to their rather odd looking shapes. They are not colorful enough to attraction mainstream attention like apples, oranges or bananas. If you have been neglecting kiwi and avocado fruits from your diet, you must have missed some of their important nutritious benefits.
For example, avocado helps those with high blood pressure and constipation so well that its effects might enough to ditch the medicines. – 1/2 ripe large avocado
– 2 peeled kiwi
– 1/8 cup lime juice
– 1/8 cup -1/4 cup of almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk, aloe juice, fruit juice or water.
– honey 1-2 tsp
– 2-3 ice cubes
Place the liquid in the blender first, then fruit and ice. Cover. Start on low speed, increasing to high speed. Blend it up until creamy and smooth.
