Ingredients

• 1 Cup of fresh Pineapple
• 1 Carrot
• 1 Green Apple
• 1 to 2 cupfuls of Aloe Concentrate
• 250 ml of ice water.

Method

1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
