Colon Cleanse Juice Recipe with Aloe Vera
Importance of Colon Cleanse
Guess that you have heard about colon cleansing and it’s benefits. It may or may not be necessary and it is subjective to the health of the individual. However, it is good to consume some food or drinks that your colon likes. Food with lots of fiber and drink lots of water (or healthy juice).
Colon is also called the large intestine, and it is a vital organ for our healthy living. It is the place where our the last remnants of food nutrition are absorbed and the rest is stored as waste before excretion. As you can probably imagine, this is not a “clean” place. Billions of good and bad bacteria exist in the colon tunnels.

While there are many colon cleanse juice recipes around, each has its own health benefits, our recipe contains pineapple, cucumber and aloe vera. So it is guaranteed to have an anti-inflammatory effect for a much healthier gut and cleaner colon
– a slice of fresh pineapple
– half a cucumber unpeeled
– a small apple (any color, but green is preferred)
– 1/2 an aloe vera leaf
– the juice of one orange
Steps of Preparation
1. Cut the pineapple and cucumber.
2. Remove the apple core.
3. Cut the aloe vera leaf in half
4. Take out the pulp.
5. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
6. Add a cup of water and blend.
7. Finally add the juice of one orange.
Servings: 2 glasses
Drink this twice a day. First between breakfast and lunch. Second time in the evening, before dinner. Do it for 7 days straight for optimum result.
